BOXARR Global Partners with Deloitte

My company, BOXARR, has teamed up with the world's leading consultants, Deloitte, across the entire planet, which also got reported in a nice piece by tech sector analyst Chris Lowe of NOTWICS, here.Some of you may wonder if there's any connection between my comments on A.I. in this blog, and my work at BOXARR. I think there is. While many A.I. systems are geared towards making big, complex things more understandable by machines, and offering only simplifying (and thus inherently biased) statistics and charts for human understanding of "big data", BOXARR, as I see it, is about bringing the human element to understanding "big systems", through boxes-and-arrows models that can be reasonably visualized and flexibly analyzed by humans. Everyone who knows me knows my favorite quote from G.E.P. Box:

Essentially, all models are wrong, but some are useful

(which, btw, is wonderfully elaborated and explicated with Box's further quotes on this subject in the quotes own Wikipedia entry).I think BOXARR is about making it easy for humans, with as little training as possible, to model the complex world around them, and bring the power of human understanding to those useful models.
